APPLICATIONS FOR THE 2018 - 2019 SCHOOL YEAR

APPLICATION PROCESS
What you will need:
1) $30 Application Fee (non-refundable)
2) 2 References (pastoral and personal)
3) Profile Picture
Each applicant must complete the online application and submit the $30 application fee through the "GIVE" page and select "application fee".
Applicants need to provide references, one of which must be a pastoral reference; the online application form will be considered incomplete without references. The references contact information is to be submitted on the application and we will send links to each person to submit a recommendation online.
Once the online application is complete, payment submitted and references are returned, FHSSM staff will review the full application and set up an interview with the applicant.
Upon acceptance a $200 tuition deposit is due by August 31, 2018, which counts as a first tuition payment.
Admission for the 2018 - 2019 school year closes August 15, 2018 and no application will accepted after that date. Please be sure to turn in all materials before then.

Total First Year Tuition:
$1285 for individuals
$2170 for married couples
Includes: Activity fees, Sozo session, 2 night all-inclusive student retreat in September 2018.
Does not include books.

Tuition Deposit & First Payment:
$200 non-refundable due by August 31, 2018
This is the first installment of tuition payments.
Various payment plans are available including
monthly payments of only $150/mo for the 8 months of school.
